CANCELLATION POLICY

Katy Home Organizer understands that things happen. With families of our own we try to remain sensitive to the nature of life. It has become necessary however to implement and enforce the cancellation policy outlined below. Please be aware that it is the clients responsibility to contact Katy Home Organizer as soon as possible if a cancellation and rescheduling becomes necessary. 48 Hours Prior to Appointment Day

• Full amount applicable toward rescheduled appointment.

24 Hours Prior to Appointment Day

• Consultation – No Refund

• Work Session {1-2 hours} – $25 Cancellation Fee Applies

• Work Session {3+ hours} – $45 Cancellation Fee Applies

• Any remaining balance applicable toward rescheduled appointment.

On Appointment Day

• Consultation – No Refund

• Work Session – $65 Cancellation Fee Applies

Refunds

• Any refunds must be requested in writing and take 14 days to process.
